This retreat offers a deep immersion into yoga, relaxation, and community in a space that blends bohemian charm with elegant comfort, creating the perfect environment for healing and growth.

Throughout the weekend, I will guide you through a series of carefully crafted yoga sessions designed to soothe the nervous system, reawaken the body, and ground the mind. Together, we will explore mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, helping you reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. My approach as a teacher is to inspire and uplift your mind, body, and spirit, providing you with the tools to explore the deeper layers of your practice.

Our sessions take place in a stunning studio featuring wooden beams, underfloor heating, and a cozy wood-burning stove—an ideal setting to relax, connect, and deepen your yoga journey. Sambogaya is more than just a beautiful retreat venue; it’s a space where you can rejuvenate and explore your own path under my guidance.

Each room has been thoughtfully crafted to provide comfort and tranquility, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of community, healing, and rejuvenation. The Radiance Room
This charming room features a luxurious oak bunk set with a king-size bed on the bottom and a single bed above. The space is adorned with a handwoven Afghan rug, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and a cozy armchair that converts into a single bed. There’s also a sink and mirror for added convenience.

The Chestnut Suite
A spacious, self-contained studio flat with a super king-size bed, open-plan ensuite featuring a luxurious bathtub, and a Victorian sink. The suite includes a kitchenette, a sofa that transforms into a comfy single bed, and a ladder leading to a cozy attic with four floor mattresses.

The Quicksilver Room
A room with three single beds, including one exquisite single bed and two handmade oak bunk beds. The room includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two Afghan rugs, all complemented by blackout curtains for a restful stay.

This room is equipped with two handmade oak bunk beds, a sink, and ample storage space. It also features an armchair that converts into a single bed, and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The total cost for this retreat, including accommodation and the full retreat experience, is £450. Alongside the nourishment of shared meals and moments, we will dive deeply into yoga practices aimed at soothing the nervous system, exploring the connection between mind, body, and breath. Event Two

Morning classes follow a dynamic vinyasa yoga format. We take time to break each pose down, allowing body and mind to absorb the subtleties of each posture, moving through the sequence with grace and strength, unraveling tension in muscles and mind. Each unique practice brings fresh energy, invigorating and awakening you to a deeply satisfying sense of being alive. At the end of each day we come together to practice yoga again, but in a more meditative way that nurtures and restores.
