Cancellation policy

There is a cancellation policy in place and because of demands refunds can not be given but can be transferred to other sessions in exceptional circumstances.

Private Sessions

Full refund can be given with 48 hours notice. Otherwise the fee for the allotted appointment time (and travel time where applicable) will be charged in full.

Workshops and Retreats

For longer retreats you will typically be required to pay a non-refundable deposit and then the full fee one month before the start. Workshop spaces are often very limited and in most cases a refund cannot be offered.
