Embodied Teaching
A 100-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Deepen your practice. Refine your teaching. Return to presence.
Teaching yoga is not only about what you know or how you structure a class.
It is about what you can sense.
The rhythm of breath in a room.
The tone of movement as it unfolds.
The silence between instructions.
The moment a student shifts, not through correction, but through awareness.
It is the ability to see what is actually happening, and respond from presence rather than memory.
Embodied Teaching is a 100-hour advanced teacher training for yoga teachers who are ready to move beyond their 200-hour foundation and step into a more refined, embodied and responsive way of teaching.
This is not about collecting more information.
It is about listening more closely, to breath, to body, to sound, to silence, until teaching becomes something lived rather than performed.
Through practice, reflection, discussion and experience, we explore what it means to teach from the inside out.
With just 12 places available, this is an intimate training held with care, depth and attention.
A Bespoke Training With Just 12 Places
With only 12 participants, this is a highly personal and supported learning environment.
There is space here to be seen, not only as a teacher, but as a voice in development.
Space to ask questions in depth.
Space to refine your teaching slowly.
Space to be witnessed in your process.
Over time, something subtle forms in a group of this size.
Familiarity. Trust. Recognition.
You begin to see not only each other more clearly, but your own teaching more clearly too.
This is not about scale.
It is about attention.

What You’ll Explore
Embodied Teaching
We begin with experience.
The sound of breath moving in space.
The rhythm of movement unfolding.
The pause between instruction and response.
The subtle vibration of mantra as attention settles.
Through embodied practice and reflection, you begin to notice what is already present, and how teaching shifts when you trust it.
Teaching becomes less about directing, and more about responding.
Intelligent Sequencing
Sequencing as rhythm, not formula.
A practice is not built, it unfolds.
We explore how energy moves through a class: rising, softening, stabilising, dissolving. How breath supports structure, and how structure creates space for awareness rather than effort.
You learn to shape classes that feel coherent, responsive and alive, guided by intelligence, not rigidity.
Advanced Cueing & Communication
The voice as part of the practice.
Tone. Timing. Pace. Silence.
We explore how sound shapes experience, how language lands in the body, and how subtle shifts in instruction can change attention entirely.
You also develop the ability to see the room clearly as it is unfolding, rather than as it was planned.
Explore touch deeper and how to use assits.
Teaching becomes responsive, not fixed.
Functional Anatomy
Anatomy as lived intelligence.
Not memorised structure, but felt experience.
How weight moves through the body.
How breath reshapes form.
How no two bodies express practice in the same way.
This becomes a way of seeing, not categorising.
Breathwork, Meditation & Nervous System Regulation
Breath as relationship.
We explore inhalation and exhalation, rhythm and pause, sound and silence.
Alongside this experiential work, we build a traditional understanding of pranayama through the Kaivalyadhama tradition, grounding your study in one of the most respected and research-informed approaches to yogic breathing.
Mantra is explored as vibration, sound as a tool for attention, focus and inner orientation.
These practices are always approached with care, sensitivity and awareness of the nervous system.
Nothing is forced. Everything is listened to.
Yoga Philosophy & Modern Application
Philosophy as something to be lived.
We explore key yogic teachings, including an introduction to Tantric philosophy, where awareness, embodiment and lived experience are central.
Mantra is also understood here as part of this wider field, not separate from practice, but woven through it as sound, resonance and perception.
These teachings are not ideas to accumulate.
They are ways of seeing.
Professional Development
Becoming a teacher beyond training.
We explore voice, confidence, doubt, comparison and clarity.
What it means to hold space without overreaching.
What it means to teach in a way that is sustainable, honest and aligned.
This is about supporting the teacher you are becoming, not the one you think you should be.

From the Heart
Having grown up immersed in yoga, alongside my years as a contemporary dancer and now over 25 years of teaching, this 100-hour training is a heartfelt offering. It is a sharing of the practices, insights, and experience that I believe can deepen your teaching and bring greater resonance to the students you guide.
This is an invitation to slow down, ask questions, and explore with curiosity within a safe and supportive container.
Together, we will move beyond technique, cultivating a teaching practice that is grounded, authentic, and deeply embodied. My intention is that you leave not only with more knowledge, but with a stronger connection to your own voice as a teacher and the confidence to share it with clarity and presence.
