Somatic Teaching & Coaching
As a Somatic Teacher, I guide people through body-focused practices that build awareness, reduce tension, and offer tools for self-regulation. As a Somatic Coach, I combine these practices with coaching to support personal growth and sustainable change. This might mean: Learning how to truly rest after burnout Healing body shame and rebuilding trust in your body Befriending the inner critic or perfectionist parts of yourself Exploring creativity and inner child work Living more in tune with your body’s natural rhythms and cycles The process is collaborative, gentle, and empowering. Together, we work towards long-term wellbeing that feels aligned, embodied, and deeply supportive.
My Aim
Through Somatic Coaching, my intention is to help you: Feel more at home in your body Heal disconnection and dissociation Explore joy, play, and creativity Develop self-compassion and self-trust Create sustainable practices for resilience and wellbeing
Somatics is about remembering that we don’t just think our experiences—we feel them. By listening to the body, we can find new ways to move through life with presence, ease, and authenticity.

FLOW FOR ALL
YIN
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of cooling practice and therefore the perfect balance to any fast paced dynamic exercise. Incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine it targets deep connective tissue and stimulates energetic meridian lines in the body. Postures are held with the support of props and comfort of blankets, and because you hold poses for longer than you would in other classes it is meditative giving you space to unwind. In the morning a Yin class gently wakes up cold muscles stretching and lengthening connective tissues to energise us. In the evening this type of class calms the mind, slows us down and prepares us for better sleep. Suitable for all levels of student Yin Yoga is a challenging practice yet deeply nourishing physically, emotionally and energetically
Fridays 11.00am – 12.00pm – Please book through Yoga Bodhi
My classes are a slow flow often working from an anatomical principle or a theme, it is a way of sharing of where I am at as a teacher at the moment and draws on my many years of teaching.
My classes are open to all and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
My wish is for you to find time to be with yourself, move your body, sense your breath and feel good.
