Embodied Teaching is a 100-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training designed for graduates of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training who are ready to continue their journey as a teacher.

This programme has been created for those who wish to move beyond the foundations of teacher training and deepen their confidence, teaching skills, personal practice and understanding of yoga.

Rather than focusing solely on accumulating knowledge, this training centres on practical application, embodied experience, meaningful discussion, personal growth and community. Together, we will bridge the gap between qualification and confident, authentic teaching.

With a maximum of 12 participants, this intimate training offers a supportive environment where learning, connection and individual feedback can flourish.

Programme Structure

84 Hours In-Person Training

The heart of this programme is our time together.

Training takes place across seven weekends, allowing space for learning, integration, practice teaching and reflection between modules.

Training Times

Saturday: 11:00am–5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am–3:00pm


Alongside the in-person weekends, trainees will complete 16 hours of guided independent study designed to support integration and real-world teaching experience.

This includes:

  • Practice teaching assignments

  • Personal practice and reflection

  • Class observation

  • Reflective coursework and journaling

These activities are designed to help bridge the gap between learning and teaching, encouraging students to apply their knowledge with confidence.

Supported Independent Study


Curriculum Overview

Techniques, Training & Practice – 30 Hours

Develop and refine your personal practice through asana, pranayama, meditation and embodied exploration.

Teaching Methodology – 20 Hours

Deepen your understanding of sequencing, cueing, observation skills, class design and student-centred teaching.

Practice Teaching & Assessment – 14 Hours

Receive regular opportunities to teach, receive feedback, refine your skills and complete a final teaching assessment.

Anatomy & Physiology – 8 Hours

Explore functional anatomy, movement principles, breath mechanics and practical application for yoga teachers.

Yoga Philosophy & Ethics – 6 Hours

Investigate the relevance of traditional yogic teachings within contemporary teaching practice and explore professional ethics and responsibility.

Professional Development – 6 Hours

Assessment & Certification

Throughout the training, participants will engage in practice teaching, reflective coursework and ongoing feedback.

Upon successful completion of all training requirements, graduates will receive a 100-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
