This retreat is designed to foster a sense of community and togetherness as we share time, space, and heart-centered practices with one another. Alongside the nourishment of shared meals and moments, we will dive deeply into yoga practices aimed at soothing the nervous system, exploring the connection between mind, body, and breath.
