Holly & Ruth will guide you through mindful movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices designed to revive and restore you in body, heart and mind. Each retreat day will explore a different philosophical theme so there’s a sense of diving a little deeper into the teachings of yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you’re very welcome.

A nutritious vegetarian lunch will be supplied along with tea and snacks in the afternoon.
