Join me at Haberfield Hall for a weekend of summer love and Yoga. We will take time to delve inside our bodies, share our voices and enjoy the long summer evenings with time in nature.
This venue is a large gothic mansion opening onto a large garden with lots of place to enjoy and experience the scenery. A heated pool in the summer months for you to enjoy with towels provided for your indulgence. A unique home and with quirky and comfortable bedrooms, large livings rooms with open fires.
Each day will begin with a guided meditation & 2hr movement session, followed by a spectacular brunch.
Food will be nourishing and full of sustenance, food is such huge part of any retreat and much care and love will be taken over the food we eat. It will be a plant-based diet with some eggs in the brunch.
Enjoy walking, taking in the scenery, meeting new people, sharing in conversation or lounging with a good book.
Early evenings will be 90mins of restoration either Yin Yoga/Restorative/Yoga nidra.
Join me in this weekend of self-nourishment, I am so excited to share it with you and hope you can join me.
