Come to immerse yourself in Sri Lanka and experience beautiful yoga classes. In the morning we have a vigorous sessions connecting to the body and developing your understanding of movement patterns & personal play. In the evening is a deep restorative class allowing you to unwind and move into connecting deeper with breath. This can include sitting practce and some Pranayama & Yoga Nidra.

Sri Lanka is magical place to stay with fresh food and a chance to explore and dive into local culture. Optional trip to a local temple, you can also in your own time enjoy trips to the local cinnimon island and visit the local turtle sanctury and so much more. Sri Lanka is so welcoming and friendly that solo traveling is easy as well as for couples.

The 3 dinners that are included are freshly made by the in house cook and allow you to experience traditional cooking. Meals out are optional & bookings are often by the sea where the food is excellent and fresh. If you want to make your stay longer we can give recommendations on where to stay and go. I have been a few times now and there is so much to explore, it is stunning!!

“Holly’s retreat was a perfect mix of challenging and introspective yoga, relaxation, rejuvenation and fun in the sun. Yoga classes were well thought out, perfectly presented and inclusive of all participants. Every detail on the retreat was thought of, from welcome notes in the rooms, to healthy delicious meals, group activities and much more. The location was also amazing – an incredible, beautiful (and meticulously clean) villa just minutes from the beach and other activities. A truly enjoyable week with an inspiring and beautiful teacher.”

“Holly’s teaching is a perfect mix of challenging Dynamic Flow and softness in movements. Having spent a week in Sri Lanka with her and amazing people, I would do it again without hesitation.”

“I am not a yogi. I am a runner and have the short hamstrings and tight hips to prove it. None of that mattered on Holly’s retreat. She gave me alternatives for all the poses I had trouble with and encouraged me to do what was appropriate for my body. The evening restorative sessions perfectly complemented the active morning classes.  It was an amazing week of learning and yoga in an incredible location and  Holly’s positive attitude and energy was a joy to be around. I would recommend it to anyone, yogis and non-yogis alike!”
